Begin Again

I seek to start the day with an abundance of possibilities.

I seek to listen to a song I haven't heard before, a word I haven't read before and travel to a landscape unknown to me.

I seek familiarity in my day, with the curiosity to embrace the change around me.

I seek to paint all seasons in one frame and notice the time passing by.

I seek to expand my love for myself and be more kind to my body.

I seek to gather courage to have uncomfortable conversations.

I seek to tear of all the to-do lists and just be in a state of non-doing.

I seek to stay away from all the excuses my mind makes & forbids me to take a new path.

I seek to simply begin again.
